Warranty

. MacTienda offers the same warranty straight from Apple, 12 months from date of purchase.

. All products purchased in MacTienda are rotected and covered in South America, Central America and the Caribbean throughout the Apple Authorized Centers.

. Apple Computer Latinoamerica, Inc. does not guarantee any equipment purchased that it is going to stay in USA, Canada or any other country outside the area of South America, Central America and the Caribbean.

Transportation

. Prices shown don't include transportation, duties and taxes for your country. As soon as you place an order, a MacTienda representative will contact you and go over the freight charges to your country with you to finalize the order.

. MacTienda offers you the opportunity to ship the equipment using well known freight forwarders with special fares.

. MacTienda is not responsible for time of delivery due to different restrictions in each country. These fares don't include the duties and taxes applied to each country.

. MacTienda is not responsible for any damage to the equipment during transportation.

. The buyer has the option to choose his own freight forwarder, our responsability for the merchandise ends at the moment that we deliver the products.

. MacTienda does not have local delivery service, if the customer requieres it, we will contract a third party company and the charges will be added to the final invoice.

Sales Conditions

. Mac Tienda has the right to delay any shipment until all the funds are available or until we got confirmatin from our local bank.

. We will not deliver any merchandise until the payment for the total invoice has been received from the customer.

. We will not accept payments using Money Orders or Traveler's Check.

. We will hold all personal and company checks for 5 working days or until it clears, unless they are Cashier's check.

. We will not take any credit card payments if the name from the card holder is different from the one that appears on the invoice.

. All payments are in US Dollars only.
